Complete a scan

After you delete infected items and review potentially unwanted programs, McAfee displays the final scan results, showing all infected items removed, potentially unwanted programs trusted and quarantined, and the number of files, cookies, processes, registry items, and boot records that were checked during the scan.

McAfee also displays unresolved issues, which you can view for further details. Details on infected items include the infected file name, its location on your PC, and the name of the threat it contains. Details on potentially unwanted programs include the name of the potentially unwanted program, and the files it's affecting.

If there are unresolved issues at the end of the scan, you might need to restart your PC so McAfee can automatically clean infected items. Click Restart now to have McAfee restart your PC immediately, or Restart later, to restart your PC yourself, at a later time.

•	If all issues are resolved, click Done to complete the scan.
