Run a custom scan

Vulnerability Scanner automatically looks for new Windows updates and program updates, and lets you select the updates you want to install.

1	Open Vulnerability Scanner. How? 1 On the Home Page, open the PC and Home Network Tools drawer. 2 Click Vulnerability Scanner.
2	Select the type of updates to include in the scan: To... Do this... Scan for both Windows and program updates Click Scan. Scan for program updates only From Custom scan settings, select Don't check for Windows updates, click Apply, and then click Scan.
