Turn on scheduled scanning to ensure the continued security of your PC, and to reduce the need for manual scans.
A scheduled scan checks your PC for viruses and other threats on a regular basis. By default, McAfee performs a scheduled scan once a week, but you can modify the schedule to fit your needs.
