Upgrades are available for McAfee customers who purchased the McAfee product in the past 90 days. To get an upgrade of your licensed product, fill in the Product ID and Password fields and then click Submit.

  • Contact McAfee Customer Service at 408-992-8599 to obtain your product ID and password.
  • You will need proof of purchase to process your request.
