Personal Firewall reports on incoming and outgoing program activity, which you can view to see remote PC connections and ports. This is an important resource when you want to determine which programs on your PC are connecting to the Internet, what types of connections they are establishing, and which ports they are using.

Open Traffic Monitor.

On the Home Page in the upper-right corner, click Navigation.

Under Tools, click Traffic Monitor.

Pull down the menu at the top of the page, and select Active Programs.
