The Traffic Analysis graph gives you a numerical and graphical representation of incoming and outgoing Internet traffic. It also displays the programs that use the most network connections on your PC, and the IP addresses that the programs access.
On the Home Page in the upper-right corner, click Navigation.

Under Tools, click Traffic Monitor.

Pull down the menu at the top of the page, and select Traffic Analysis.
You see a line graph of traffic patterns that were generated by programs communicating with the Internet from your PC, as well as a table of transfer rates and traffic volume.
