When you add a website or IP address to the filter list and set the permission level to Block, you prevent your children from visiting it when they go online. If a child tries to visit a blocked website or IP address, a message appears indicating that the site cannot be accessed because it is blocked by McAfee.

1	Open the Protect Your Family screen. How? 1 On the Home Page, open the Parental Controls drawer, then click Parental Controls. 2 On the main Parental Controls screen, click Edit next to Protect Your Family. 3 Type your administrator password, then click Enter.
2	Click the arrow next to the name of a user to expand the options, then click Optional Settings.
3	On the Optional Settings page, type the address of a website or IP address in the Website Address field.
4	Select Block, then click Add.
5	To block another website or IP address, repeat steps 3 and 4.
6	Click Done.
