Users that appear in Parental Controls are the same Windows users already set up on your computer.
If you want to add or remove a user, or change a user's account type, you can do so with the User Accounts tool in the Windows Control Panel. You can quickly access this tool from the link in Parental Controls. If you add a user with the User Accounts tool, you must close your McAfee software, then re-open it to see the user in Parental Controls.
 | If you're a Windows XP Limited User, you cannot access the User Accounts tool. Only Windows Administrators can add, edit, or remove users in Windows XP. |
