You can specify filters for specific language character sets. All messages that contain the blocked character set are marked as spam.

Open the Anti-Spam page.

On the Home Page, open the Web and Email Protection drawer.

Click Anti-Spam.

Click Character Sets.

Select the character set that you want to add or remove, then click Edit.

Select Block to add a filter for a character set, or select Allow to remove a filter, then click Apply.
