You can remove a program's permissions by deleting it from your Internet Connections for Programs list. If this program then tries to access the Internet, Personal Firewall will treat it as a new program.

Open the Firewall settings page.

On the Home Page, click Firewall.

Open the Internet Connections for Programs drawer.

Select a program on the list that you want to remove (to select more than one program, hold the Crtl key while selecting).

Click Yes, to confirm that you want to remove the program's permissions. 
  | For some programs in the list, the Delete and Edit actions are disabled. Personal Firewall prevents you from modifying permissions for some essential programs.  |
