Your device must be in normal mode before you can mark it as lost or stolen, or make any changes to the
Anti-Theft Web Console settings.

Log in to the
Anti-Theft Web Console.

From any device, log in to
My Account with your My Account email and password.

From the
Device Protection tab, choose your device and click
Go to Web Console.

If your device is in stealth mode, lockdown mode, vacation mode, or repair shop mode, click
Return to normal mode.
| Before your device can change modes, it must first connect to the Internet and sync with your account. This can take several minutes. If you want to sync now, and your device is accessible, open
McAfee Anti-Theft from your device's desktop and click
Sync on the Home Page.

When your device syncs with your account, the web console returns to normal mode.
