After your device shuts down and locks, it shows a single screen that contains steps to unlock your device, and a customized message. You can add your contact information to this message, such as an email address or phone number, so you can be notified if someone finds your device.

Log in to the
Intel® AT Service Web Management Console.

From any device, log in to
My Account with your My Account email and password.

From the
Device Protection tab, choose your device and click
Go to Web Console.

Make sure your device is in normal mode.

Click
Settings.

From
Lock Settings, under
Lockdown message, enter your contact information, such as your email address or phone number, up to a maximum of 49 English characters.

Click Save.
| Before your device can save the changes, it must first connect to the Internet and sync with your account. This can take several minutes. If you want to sync now, open
Intel® AT Service from your device's desktop and click
Sync on the Home Page.
