The auto-lock timer automatically locks down your device when it's disconnected from the Internet for a certain length of time. The default is 7 days.

Log in to the
Intel® AT Service Web Management Console.

From any device, log in to
My Account with your My Account email and password.

From the
Device Protection tab, choose your device and click
Go to Web Console.

Make sure your device is in normal mode.

Click
Settings.

From
Lock settings, under
Auto-lock timer, select the number of days your device can be disconnected from the Internet before it's automatically locked down.

Click Save.
| Before your device can save the changes, it must first connect to the Internet and sync with your account. This can take several minutes. If you want to sync now, open
Intel® AT Service from your device's desktop and click
Sync on the Home Page.
