Intel Anti-Theft Service Help

Intel^® AT Service protects your device if it's lost or stolen and prevents your important information from falling into the wrong hands.

Every day, devices are lost or stolen, accessed by hackers, or used by people other than their owners. When this occurs, your confidential and personal information is exposed – leaving you vulnerable to identity theft, privacy invasion, and more. With Intel^® AT Service, you can monitor your device in two ways:

Using the Home Page on your device.

The Home Page is where you can check if your Intel^® AT Service subscription, software, and features are up to date and working properly.

Using the Intel^® AT Service Web Management Console from any device's web browser.

The web console is where you can remotely:

◦	Lock your device if it's lost or stolen.
◦	Track your device's location.
◦	Disable the auto-lock timer while you're on vacation.
◦	Secure the files in your My Documents folder, and all your Microsoft Office files, Microsoft Money files, and Intuit Quicken files – so that only you can open them.

Some of the features described in this Help might not be included with your subscription.

•	Set up Intel AT Service Before your device and its important files can be protected by Intel^® AT Service, you'll need to set it up on your device. The setup wizard guides you through selecting security questions and answers to protect your account, and choosing your settings.
•	Working with the Home Page When you open the Home Page on your device, you know instantly if your Intel^® AT Service subscription, software, and features are up to date and working properly.
•	Working with the Intel AT Service Web Management Console The Intel^® AT Service Web Management Console lets you remotely mark your device as lost or stolen, track its location, lock it down, or manage other features from any device's browser.
