McAfee Anti-Theft protects your device if it's lost or stolen and prevents your important information from falling into the wrong hands.

Every day, devices are lost or stolen, accessed by hackers, or used by people other than their owners. When this occurs, your confidential and personal information is exposed – leaving you vulnerable to identity theft, privacy invasion, and more. With McAfee Anti-Theft, you can monitor your device in two ways:

Using the Home Page on your device. The Home Page is where you can check if your McAfee Anti-Theft subscription, software, and features are up to date and working properly.

Using the Anti-Theft Web Console from any device's web browser. The web console is where you can remotely: ◦ Lock your device if it's lost or stolen. ◦ Track your device's location. ◦ Disable the auto-lock timer while you're on vacation. ◦ Secure the files in your My Documents folder, and all your Microsoft Office files, Microsoft Money files, and Intuit Quicken files – so that only you can open them.
